The success of a residential community is contingent on knowing what is required for residents to live together in harmony. 

The Management Committee (MC) of TROA is entrusted with the governance and day-to-day administration of the residential community, ensuring the welfare, safety, and harmony of all residents. Its key functions include overseeing maintenance and infrastructure, managing finances and budgets, enforcing community rules, facilitating communication among residents, and representing the collective interests of the community in dealings with external agencies. The charter emphasizes transparency, accountability, fairness, and active participation to foster a thriving and inclusive residential environment.
